The difference between plans is primarily storage, dedicated resources, support level, and compliance features.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately, and we'll prorate the cost for the remainder of your billing cycle. Downgrades apply at the start of the next billing period.

Our SLA guarantees a minimum uptime percentage (99.9% for Essential and Pro, 99.95% for Business). If we fall below the guaranteed level in any calendar month, you receive account credit proportional to the downtime. Enterprise customers can negotiate custom SLA terms.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), bank transfers (SEPA), and invoice-based billing for Business and Enterprise plans. All prices are in EUR. Annual billing includes a discount compared to monthly payments.
All servers are located in EU data centers, fully GDPR compliant. Your data never leaves the EU unless you explicitly request it. Encrypted backups are stored on separate infrastructure for disaster recovery.
Enterprise is fully customizable. It includes everything in Business, plus multi-server clusters, dedicated infrastructure, custom SLA terms, priority incident response, architecture consultancy, custom integrations, and volume discounts.
